In Kisantu, our mobile hub supports local secondary schools and educational partners by enriching the curriculum with up-to-date teaching aids and digital materials.  There is a ‘thriving’ French library that promotes a taste for reading.  We are constantly working to improve access to IT so that youth and adults can learn basic computer skills during out-of-school and work sessions.  Various other training programmes are organised, often ‘hands-on’, based on local demand and supported by our mentor networks in Europe.  In a new SMART entrepreneurship programme, we are uncovering the needs of local entrepreneurs and supporting them to boost economic activity and employment in the region.  We also look forward to a first educational collaboration with a partner in Kinshasa where our experience in Kisantu will help us to put digital and practice labs as central themes again, in parellel with fostering entrepreneurship.
